We have lived in several apartments - this has been such a disappointment. When we moved in - the apartment had not been cleaned. The neighbor's cigarrette smoke comes right up from the downstairs into our apartment - and they play loud music so late at night. We had to have the police come and talk to them because the managers did nothing - or at least nothing noticeable. There is also a problem with people not cleaning up after their dogs. We had been told it was a nice place to be - it has been terrible. I'm sad that we are in a lease - we have 9 months to go and I can't wait to move. Oh - and the AC wall units are very loud. :( I'm worried about how it is going to be through the winter...
