After finally finishing a 1 year lease, I am thrilled to be gone.

When first moving in, everything looked fine...then reality set in.

Storage is at a premium, parking is a pain, and quality of apartments is nothing to smile at.

The windows are drafty and ice up in the winter.

The air conditioner is basically useless, as they sound like a jet landing in the living room and hardly cool the apartment.

The washer and dryer are terrible; Three pairs of jeans is a VERY full load, and I'm not big.

To dry takes about 4 cycles in the dryer.

Mold is growing all over the walls and windows (which explains why I have been sick for the past year).

The other tenants have been fine for the most part and office staff really is friendly.

Maintenance is about average, as problems usually get fixed within a couple days.

The pool is nice and was clean the 3 times I was there.

The biggest for this community is the location.

Don't be fooled by the exterior.

I read these reviews before I moved in and thought I was just reading reviews of negative people...not the case.

My stay was less than satisfactory, and for the money you can find much better.

You have been warned.
