I have lived at Rivershire Apartments for 7 months and am really happy with it. We had a problem with our dishwasher not working properly and the maintenance guy came very promptly. Although he had to come back two more times because the problem hadn't been resolved, my roommate and I were shocked when we came home to a brand new dishwasher! The only other problem we had was a leaky pipe behind the toilet which they also fixed within a couple days. The washer and dryer are very small, but they get the job done and it's nice not to have to run to a laundromat!!

The leasing staff has always been very nice and helpful and I was amazed at how fast snow was removed and our sidewalks were salted! My neighbors are great and with the exception of my downstairs neighbor who likes to watch movies late every now and then, it's a very quiet place. It's nice because there are only 8 apartments per building so you don't have a lot of people to worry about right around you. Most of my neighbors are older than me (I'm 24), around 40's and 50's and I was surprised at how many families live here.

The pool is nice in the summer, although it gets pretty busy and the exercise room is one of the better ones I've seen at apartment complexes, but still not anything too fancy. I wish I could move these apartments closer to work because that is the only reason I might move.
