We just moved from the apartments into a home. We were so miserable at Rivershire. We couldn't open windows because of excessive smoke, our family couldn't sleep because of noise, and rude/inexperienced apartment managers. When we moved out our apartment was very clean. Whe had moved into a disaster - had to clean the whole apartment because they hadn't - and they penalized us on our security deposit - even though we left it clean and paid extra money for their cleaning service. My husband and I want to write to Wimmer to tell them about the terrible experience but fear it will fall on death ears. We are just glad to never have to live in a place where tenants aren't respected. The only positive note is that the maintenance staff (several older men) were very helpful. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
