I am currently leasing at Royal Plaza, and I cannot wait for my lease to be up. Management is horrible at fixing things in a timely manner. I was told certain things were going to be added to the building, along with my unit when I moved in, and six months into my lease I am still waiting. I don't know who hired the managers, but I don't know where they found them, they are horrible. They are to busy hanging out with friends during office hours to get anything done. The hallways are always dirty, the security camera at the front door has been broken for months, and I have had a work order in for over a week and they still have not come by to fix my sink.
