DO NOT RENT FROM OGDEN. Unresponsive to problems and unfair leasing practices. Had bedbugs and even though they had an exterminator the probelm was still not solved after 4 sprays and they still wouldn't allow me to break the lease even after my lawyer contacted them. Shady business practices. Crackheads on the maintenance team. Seems there is a new building manager every few months. ------ building in need of repair. Parking is rediculous because they make you move your car on weekends for plowing!!!! Seems we always have to move your car. Anyway you can find something better. Beware of Royal Plaza and the whole Ogden team.

Yes this is the Royal Plaza at 1725 N Prospect NOT Marshall. They are lying to you. I was told there was at least one other unit with the bugs when I lived there. You will need to get a lawyer and contact the housing department. Good luck.

Thank you for responding so quickly. Would you know who to contact, at Ogden or city? Working with on site people is futile. If you moved and they filed court case, would you know their lawyers name and/or property manager at main office. Any information would be helpful.
