I won't get into too many details to avoid angering myself. Simply put, Schuster's is a beautiful building with great apartments in a ------ Latino neighborhood that used to be a premier commerce area in Milwaukee. The management here is a joke at best, constantly claiming that the problems that arise daily are out of their control. They never plow the paid, secure lot in winter. Fire alarms go off regularly for an hour at a time in the middle of the night. The elevators constantly break, leaving you stranded on your apartment's floor or the first floor...there is no stairwell access up to your apartments. Piss in the elevators, empty bottles, garbage, and broken lights, doors and windows are a common joy of living here. I really like my apartment, and when things aren't breaking down, I have no need for the management. But when problems do arise, watch out because no one is there to help.

And to the person who said Crystal was a great acquisition, you must be kidding me. I'm assuming it was Crystal who wrote that review about herself. She has been fired and the managing company admitted she was terrible. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
