I moved there because it was cheap and close to work, then I had to break the lease and pay the penalty as I could not take it any more. The building was made of cardboard! you can hear each footstep of the guy living above you and all the moves of your neighbours...you have to wear earplugs to sleep...it was a nightmare. The building mgr was the rudest person I had to deal with and the bldg owner, Eastmore, were uncooperative and they ripped me off and took the deposit as they claimed I did not clean the apartment properly after I left. Though, I let the mgr check the apt before leaving and she said I did a good job cleaning it, and then they did not return my deposit. I talked to the company mgr and he was not helpful at all. In conclusion...avoid this bad place and pay a little extra and go live somewhere else more quite with more courteous mgt.
