This property is very poorly managed from parking confusion that never gets resolved, to lack of response to maintenance requests, failures to secure common areas to ensure safety for all. Exterior lights of building seldom working which has put all at risk for auto break ins and does not give anyone a sense of personal safety, particularly after dark.
The apartment walls are paper thin so noisy neighbors are a problem if you enjoy your peace and quiet.
While the heat is included in the rent, it is no bed of roses since the apartment is so incredibly hot the patio door has to be left open while the oven is on and the thermostat has been set to off all winter.
