I consider SA a decent complex to live. They are improving the buildings (windows, hallway carpeting, kitchen cabinets), they have responded my calls in a timely manner and for emergency during the holidays. They vacuum our hallways once a week and they don't do a bad job removing the snow. I enjoy their newsletter too. I agree visitor parking is totally limited.

There are always good and bad people. I personally have been fortunate I don't have problems with any of my 6 neighbors but we don't look for trouble either. The same with the kids, they act much better when they are supervised.
