Do not live here.

Southgate looks nice at first - especially the "demo" apartment. But the actual apartment has many previously unknown features, like broken counters, doors, thin walls, and retarded layouts. If you manage to sign a lease by accident, you'll have to deal with constant noise from the neighbors. The neighbors I share a wall with have a baby (or perhaps babies) that cries constantly. Actually, the kid sounds sick. It makes the most horrible, grating cries that no child should be making. Thanks to the paper-thin walls it sounds like the kids are in the same room with me.
The neighbors in the same hallway have birds that chirp all ------- day which ALSO sounds like it's right in my living room thanks to the paper-thin doors. None of these neighbors have any common sense so you'll be asking them to turn down their music/bass/Spanish-language TV over and over.
You'll also have to deal with the rest of the people living in the complex who seem to spend more money on car subs than on their own families. You'll learn to love getting woken up at 6am by loud bass, and you'll quickly realize that going to bed, even at 11pm, is often impossible thanks to the same neighbors' noisy vehicles. Really, it seems like with every decent person living at Southgate, you have 10 retards with a complete lack of common decency and courtesy. It's inconceivable, really, considering the amount of information one has to give to Metropolitan Associates before they'll allow you to live here. Apparently this process is completely worthless.
If anything nice can be said about this place, it should be said about Amanda. She's extremely helpful, pleasant to speak with, and she's got a smokin' body.
Take a tour with her, then find another place to live.
