I could go and write you a long list. But pretty much a lot of people did it already. Bad parking (your car will have damage), dirty place, ghetto invading!, rude staff (specially when they are friends with some tenants, your complains about them will be dismissed). And on, and on, on.

If you find the "demo" nice, forget about it, the real apartment is nightmare, paper walls and cealling. Do some research and find a decent place to live, this is not a good place, is actually a punishment to people like me for being lazy to not look around for something more.

You can't sleep at night, you can't! LITERALLY!!!! Run, run away! Do not rent or you will have your nerves like mine and they are burning!

Sure there are many troublesome issues renting at Southgate, but whenever I get frustrated about the ice-crusted, dangerous sidewalks, leaky ceilings, smelly hallways and pot-smoking neighbors, I just visit the rental office where the atmosphere is sunny and seasonal dollar store decorations, uplifting. Yay!

YEAH!!!!!!! I turned my keys in today and I could not be more excited. Southgate apartments are trash! I found a much larger, cheaper and nicer place and enjoy it. I do not have to think about this dump anymore! YUCK!
