If you love your dog do NOT rent in Loomis Hills! Especailly building ---- Apt#-! We are the current renters in this unit and want to put out our warnings before anyone gets trapped in this horrible place. Stay away from this particulate apartment! The ------- neighbor is sleeping with some -------------------------- ---- office. So that means anything she wants she gets. She is a bitter lonely woman with nothing better to do than make your life a living hell! She is living in a dog building even though she owns NO pet and hates dogs! She would and still pounds on her floor all the time. She did this to make our dog bark and got the dog evicted. It broke our hear tnad no one, the management, main office, or police would help! HSe would pound and make the dog bark and then call the cops. When they knocked on her door she would pound more to make the dog bark when they were there and say through the door see do you hear that and then answer the door. Our other side neighbor is great!!!! She tried talking to the office and even the police and all said it was none of her business! Besides this problem, the place is horrible. Be awarer that the basement regularlu floods, even to almost the ceiling! That is why we didn't even use the storage. But they will not tell you this and say have renters insurance, even though they are fully aware that this is a problem. Their maintainence all sucks but one person and he hates dog but they have him servicing a dog building! They do not clean up till you complain but give you a warning for leaving a bag of garbage on your patio till morning! There are many landscaping problems, so there is tons of mud and water when it rains. Overall the apartment is nice but all the other things have made living here a nightmare. Please reconsider unless you don't have a dog and never want to use your patio or storage!

These people are nuts!!! It just goes to show you how immature these people are to accuse someone of stooping so low to sleep with someone to get a dog evicted. It seems easier to blame someone else instead of taking the blame yourselves. Don't you find it weird that everyone was afraid of their dog (neighbors, maintenance and rental agents), but that their dog was never the problem? If it was one person, yes then it would be the person. But how can so many be afraid of the dog? The guy that lived in that apartment fell asleep one night and the cops were called because his dog was tied up outside until 1-:00 am barking its head off. The police were also called on at least 3-4 other occasions for dogs barking at all hours. The dog would also jump on the patio doors anytime a stranger walked by. The facts don't lie. Don't you think if the neighbor was pounding on the floor while the cops were there, the cops would have told the neighbor to stop? Or the people in the apartment would have called management to warn the neighbor to stop? Neither of these happened. It is clear that they cannot take the blame that "CUJO" would not shut its mouth. They also got themselves evicted because they were ordered to get rid of the dog and then turned around and got another puppy without telling management. They were also in violation of their lease because you are only allowed two cats or one cat and one dog. Well, they had two cats and one dog. Who do these people think they are breaking the rules and fooling management and the cops? They are to blame for the eviction and the dog getting the boot. Maybe they can learn from this experience that you need to train your dog and some dogs are not made for apartment living?
