I lived in Saint James for several years while I was in undergrad at Marquette. Its a vintage apartment which means its old. There have been few rennovations to this place besides paint. There are lots of college students here, which is okay while you are in college. But when you're not, its a nightmare. Parking is expensive $80/month--i parked there until my car was stolen from that very lot.
Overall, an apt with vintage appeal in desperate need of some modern updates.
