I also lived in this building as an undergrad at Marquette and it was the most beautiful place I have ever lived and will probably live again for quite some time. The other tenants and the landlords are fantastic - so accomodating and friendly! The apartment was huge, updated and beautiful. Tons of windows and tons of storage space. If you are looking for beauty, quality and convenience for a very reasonable price then St. James is definitely your place!
