Just run away!
Our apartment was infested with silverfish. We called the office monthly to come spray. When they sprayed they would only spray the corners, and the first year we were there, they didn't even know there was a 2nd bedroom! Once time they sprayed while we were there, they sprayed so much it ran down the walls and left stains. We sometimes had spiders, but once I threw a shoe at a spider the size of a golf ball, that problem got better. Noise was a problem with our downstairs neighbors, but they were VERY SHADY (cops, eviction, etc.).
The office screwed us out of all of our money when we left. They were "too busy" for a walk through. Though we scrubbed the place down with bleach, it wasn't good enough. When we signed the lease they told us they were going to replace the carpet when we left, so not to worry about it. They then charged us for stains on the carpet when we moved out! Rent some place else! We wish we had!
