This complex is poorly managed and alot of decent residents have moved out. FYI, In the past, management have given out personal information to building companies, banks and to state officials without my written consent. I have been contacted on the job and at home regarding purchasing a recently build home and supplying me with information about my own credit to do so....My information is not for sale if i was interested in purchasing a new home i would've contact them on my own.
In addition, to seling my personal information Also, if you are a minority you will have a little chance getting in here. The few ------ that do get threw the very selective process mostly are put in the back buildings of the complex; doesn't matter if your a police officer, city worker or a teacher, etc...They monitor you exclusively and they went as far
as to enter my apartment with out my
permission or without proper notice. This place looks like a nice place to stay but with the poor management practices its very unsettling. Also I dont want to forget,
the field mices since this place is located next to the fields without proper door screening. You will find yourself watching Tv or reading a book and something looking like a gray ball will run past the wall. You
would think NAW,NAW..I know I just didn't see
what i hope is NOT a mouse but Guess What!!!
You Did...So be prepared to bring mouse traps or you might want to bring mouse bate since the mices are too small for the traps..Just FYI...
Dont let me forget those neighbors that
I had they were not friendly, the walls here
need sound proofing, its hilliarious how my upstair neighbors would complain constantly about how they could hear my
3 day old puppy bark at all times during the mornings, I find that hard to believe
when i am home and sound a sleep.
However, I was prewarned that they were trouble they aused the prior neighbors to move out because they were noisy individuals. After living there for one year, I found that managment was also a considering factor to the move out.
On move in date management told me in advance that they were complainers. I find it crazy to think neighbors and management would go out their way to start conflicts, I guess that they had to much time on their hands.
Since, this complex need sound proofing.
These people always complained they could hear my door close, when i run water in the kitchen, I found one neighbor even looking in my windows when i had male friend over
that night. The neighbor was confronted by my male friend he cowardly said "he was patting his dog'"And just happened to be doing this under my window. "Yea Ok!" In addtion to looking in my window in the middle of the night. Therefore I also caution living here if you have small children..Most of the tenants here have roommates and blast their music they are college students with nothing productive to to do. After complaing to managament the married coupled started throwing weights on the floor. Again, management did nothing.

Also, when the shoes on the other foot and managment try to contact you and you dont contact them right back!! Get this they will put a LOCK.. on your door. So, you can not enter your own home until pay them a visit to the office. I couldnt believe I had to experience this Now THAT IS ILLEGAL..

Now when i moved out i cleaned the apartment spotless and when we did the move out it was okay. Until i checked my credit report, to find out they charged my for blinds that were fine. 30$ 160$ to replace a dishwasher that i never used...etc the magical total was 1500. When the move out was fine..My
mistake i didnt get it in writing.
If you appreciate your privacy beware they do monitor you comings and goings, they start their rounds around 10a.m. so please lock up your valuables.. Complaints go on heard endlessly. This place is not family friendly environment or for single parents
they advertise such but however less than 15% of the residents have children over the age of 3. For the price you pay to live here you would expect professional management. You might be taken away by the apartment but its the Managemnent that really sucks.. P.s It doesnt help they purchased the luxury apartment complex next door. Arbor Ridge!
