We lived there seven months. The apartment was spacious and homey. Any repairs were done incredibly fast and thoroughly. I never saw one bug or mouse. It was a peaceful setting in the midst of anything you needed. Yes, it was close to a "shady" part of town, but if you travel a little farther the other direction is beautiful Menomonee Falls. My children loved the grounds to play outside, the pool was a favorite place all summer, and we never had one incident of crime or heard of one in the complex. I even left my vehicle unlocked many nights, not that I meant to. I highly recommend this complex. The apartments are not new but well maintained. If you abide by the rules, you will like this place too.
