Mangement gives fake promises. my dryer takes more than two hours to dry the clothes. I complaine atlest four times,every time maintenance guy comes and clean lint but problem is still there. Also my Dishwaher make too much noise. i complained, mainenance guy came and told me that it is like that. I complain again and they send other person and told me that dishwasher motor worn out. After one week of waiting,I ask management that what are you going to do about my dishwasher but they did not have maintance report (No clear communication between management and maintanace). I explain the problem to management. It has been four weeks but i have not heard any thing from them.
One of the Treadmill is out of orderd form last six months, i complain atleast four to five times to the mananger, I got nothing but fake promises. I gave up and stop comlpaining about anything. I am just waiting for my lease to over in summer time and move out from this palce.
One time i was two day late to my rent because i was out of town during weekend and i recived harsh latter from mangement saying that if i do not pay rent in next two week your lease will terminate and will take action to remove my stuff from the apartment. They also chagre $30 late fee.
I am just wondering that if they are very good in collecting rent. why are not they good to fix the problems'

The management has orders a new treadmill and will be in early next year as they have told me. maybe this person is confused. dyers can only dry so much so fast is it possible this person just keeps putting to much in it! dishwasher always make noise, unless you have a $1000 washer but they need to remember that we rent here and many place do not or will not offer this sort of dishwasher. rent late! well sorry but if you are out of town and owned a house your mortgage would be too, there is no excuse to rent being late, that???s this persons fault...in every lease i have ever had it states a date in which rent is due and a date in which it is late. DUH! I have had no problem with the staff...everyone is always nice to me and yes, my dishwasher hums, my cloths do dry in a decent amount of time, and i have been late and i did pay my rent because it stated in my lease and is only the right thing to do.....

I would love for you to come over my apartment and see what i am talking about. I want to know who's feet r u kissing over at the management. did u have your tires slash, I did , 3 of them, and they did not do anything about not even a sorry. OH what about the parking, they don't even clean, when i talk to them about the snow in the parking lots, they told me that it is going to snow tomorrow again why clean.
