SJP was the best place I had ever lived... for the first two years. Then it was sold and remanaged--the whole place fell apart. Old management/owners responded fast to any concerns, was polite, and kept residents happy. New management/owners do not fix things as promised. My bedroom windows grow mold in the winter and actually form ice on the WALLS; SJP promised to fix said windows in the summer. Well, it is nearly January and the problem is still there. My boyfriend's car was vandalized including having the windows smashed twice, and SJP did nothing. Months later they put up a fence that does not do anything. My building has been broken into. My garage has 4 inches of water all winter... the list goes on. I will not be renewing my least this fall, but they will still hold me accountable to newly changed pet rules and fees throughout the duration of my lease. Two years ago I actually recommended this place to a bunch of people--I'm so glad none of them took me up on the offer.
