I have lived at st james place for a year now and i liked it for the first month till my sink starting linking, my window was leaking into the wall, and my toilet didnt have a wax ring so it flooded the whole bathroom!!! Than everytime i had to call to have maintance come to fix this stuff the staff at the clubhouse would say they would have someone come and it would never happen! I would have to keep calling and wait forever for them to fix it. The windows in the apartments are so old and dont keep air out or in for that much my we energies bills where crazy high!! Some of the people here are real nice but its starting to really go down hill and i cant wait to get out! Also the walls are so thin here you can hear your neighbors talking when you are quite and can hear everything thats going on in the apartments in the hall way! Do not move here!!!
