Don't beleive the hype

My lease recently ended at this property. If this makes any sense, I was saddened by how happy I was to get out. Last year, I was very excited by all of the amentities promised by this property, sadly only a few were ever delivered, and even those were delivered in the cheapest, laziest, cut-rate way possible. Street parking is horrible, and even if you do have an assigned spot, you must navigate the narrow twists and turns in the ridiculous garage (which would have been better used as storage space for tenants). The building was constantly filthy and obnoxiously loud, mainly due to the quality of the tenants allowed to live there. Hard-partying college students incredibly thin walls = I might as well be at the party until 3am when it ends, instead of going to work in the morning. Barely a week would go by with a working elevator. If you complain about anything, the management makes excuses or tells you that you are supposed to deal with it yourself. What! The "Theater Room" has not had working equipment for months. The "Community Room" is constantly locked and never open to the community. And grossest of all, Third Street looks like something out of Baghdad with trash, broken glass, and broken concrete everywhere. This wasn't industrial chic, this was toxic wasteland. It's been a year and they have not even planted grass. What a letdown.
