There is one and only one cause for the many problems listed here. Can you guess what it is.

I feel the management of this building should be personally charged for any property damages caused by their incompetence. So much money was poured into making this a wonderful place to live, so it's depressing to see what management has let it become. It wouldn't take a whole lot to make people happy here. If it means lifting a finger, they won't do it.

There's two sides of the story here folks, and I gotta tell ya that i'm down with this one. There's not much to write home about here, things are mighty rundown and every week or so there is some kind of sketchy activity that goes completely unnoticed by the management office. No surprise when they are only here during the cushy weekday hours. Its weekends in this place that are like living on a farm. Don't step in the piles and puddles if you know whats good for ya. Not a place for families, little kids, seniors, or really anyone over their college drinking years. With what you're paying here let's just say you can afford better, and pay less somewhere else.

I like the part that says "completely unnoticed by management." When I have told them my complaints, they act like I am completely overreacting and that no one else has complained. Obviously if there is a website like this one out there, people have complained. I wish I had found it before I signed a one year lease. It wouldn't take much to make it better here.

It is unbelievable that this place charges $1000 for the lowest price apartment but expects people to live in rancid conditions. I would not only be complaining, I would be complaining each and every day.

It wouldn't take much to make it better here. Better screening practices and more involved management would make the biggested difference. I do not think the managers care about anything more than collecting rent and their paychecks. I was under the impression that they were living on site but later found out they are not.

They really need to do something about cleaning. I would even apply for the job of cleaning person. I dream of a day when I'm not disgusted by my own building.
