Ownership not management. With no funding nothing can happen. I've been in the business, legal contracts has held back any problem fixing. Third party vendors, and subcontractors, management can legally not produce better results. Hint why employees have left.
So before you speak know what your talking about. I would suggest talking to their parent company which is CommonBond out of MN.
You can complain all you want but with management having not a single penny for improve/slove anything nothing will be taken care of.

You surely do not sound like a "happy" resident, considering your scores. In fact you sound as unhappy as everyone else here. BUT I took your advice. And guess what. According to this website and others, CommonBond has a remarkable reputation in Minnesota yet very few fans here in Wisconsin. Do you really think that can be blamed on "legal contracts"? This is another remarkable (and anonymous) post that sounds suspiciously like someone from the management company. The same one that is hearing these things from its tenants and ignoring them. People, I encourage you to look into the Gorman properties in Milwaukee. You won't be sorry.

Does management really need even a single penny to kick people out who pee in elevators and vandalize our home? Does management need one red cent to keep the building clean on weekends when they already have a cleaning person on staff? What does it cost to answer the phone when I call to ask when my security deposit will get back to me? I think you are missing the point -- more and more people are leaving and taking their rent revenue with them. They are not leaving because money was not spent on them. They are leaving because management does not deliver on controllable things that cost nothing to do. If money is tight now, imagine how tight it will be when the building is empty. I am SO glad I won't be there to see it. My new apt off Downer Avenue is clean, safe, quiet, and most importantly, the landlord cares enough to keep it that way!

I do not understand this person's review either. There is not much talk here on money not being spent. It is all about problems not being handled by management. What does that have to do with funding, that is what they are paid to do.

Haven't had many problems that needed management but I will say it is much easier to get a managers attention now than ever. When I first moved in June I would wait 3,4, up to 7 days for a callback on things. Now I can get a callback right away. I agree though, I don't know that it costs the company any money to return a phone call. In MBA classes they teach you that it costs more money when you don't answer calls.

Learning more about this Commonbond company has not explained why living here is so godawful. They do seem to do OK in other cities but this place is a bust.
