I took an unofficial tour Saturday. It was easily done because the doors were pretty much wide open. I can now say that I agree with everything that has been said on this site. At first I thought they were just stories of disgruntled tenants. No fewer than 3 units were moving out during my visit. I asked 2 of these people why they were leaving. They both had the same stories I already did read here.

No one was moving in, the place was a ghost town. There was very little sign of human life. Parking garages were empty. Smashed window glass in the parking lot. No one in workout room, no one in elevators, no one on patio deck, no one anywhere. Mailboxes in lobby had postings about abandoned mail. Garbage bags of trash spilled all over the muddy lawn. It was about 100 degrees in the hallways and no air was blowing.

Meanwhile someone was posting a Now Leasing sign on the front of the building.

There is a Now Leasing sign on the building because as you say the building is empty! It is no wonder, after reading all of these reviews, why people have left. In the last month I lived there, the management office was never open, even on weekdays it wasn't open until after 1pm and still closed at 5pm, and I waited a full month for someone to answer a simple question about my security deposit. They are opening a new property on Mitchall Street and that is all they seem to care about.

How does the new location on Mitchell Street compare to this one?

common bond is an awful manaagement company and their Schuster's Apartment on Mitchell Street is even more ghetto then this one....
