We'll start with the bad. You have to prove you can make 3 times the yearly rent. I lived in a two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, for $1200/month. It's pretty much the cheapest one they have.
The good: Great views for 4th floor and above, great staff, friendly service, very efficient appliances. Expect nothing more than $50 a month for using A/C or heat constantly. Brand new appliances (dishwasher, disposal, fridge, stove, microwave) The apartments really make you feel like you moved one step up in the world. Not to mention that you may see a few Milwaukee Buck or Admirals once in a while.
Definitely recommend.
