We were really buttered up to move into the townhouses and the manager, MaryAnn, had sold us a $250 washer/dryer set but we couldn't even use it in our own house as it was wired differently! It took 2 months to get a dryer that we could actually use. Then, they don't give you notice when they will be coming into your house for any variety of repairs. One time, I was in the shower when I heard the electrician go into my basement. When I called, MaryAnn said they had stuck a note on our door...' They've done this at least 3 times that we can for sure recall! Too expensive for what you get - grief!
