I've been living in the townhomes for two years. I just moved into one of the newly remodeled townhomes. Imagine my dissapointment to find them poorly constructed with crooked frames, stripped screws with sharp ends sticking out, and cabinets installed by what could have only been a ten-year-old with a hammer. Every time we have a problem, Mary Ann's replies are tactless and full of accusations. She tries to convince us that it must all be our cause - that we have deliberatly sabatoged her townhomes. She will talk down to you and behave as though you are an annoyance. She has no idea what she is talking about, but refuses to listen to your reasoning. I like this area, I like the space, I may consider living here for another year, but be warned- if you don't want a brainless, yet condescending manager, look elsewhere.

I lived there for 20 years. the furnace and hot water heater were ancient, the windows didnt open, wiring was bad, and i could hear my neighbors breathing at night. gave notice, and they claim it was not within the guidline of time, so they want 8k in damages, etc. this is not even legal, as the place has been rented. MaryAnn is exactly as you put it. get out while you can.

My Fience and I were looking at town homes. We looked at this location and truthfully the whole situation was horrible from the beginning. And because of Mary Ann you better believe we will never rent from this location.
