The complaints on this site are old and no longer accurate. The property was purchased around 2006 and everything has changed. Almost all of the units have been remodeled with new kitchens and finished basements. Most of the exteriors have been redone too, with new soffets and gutter improvements. Most of the roofs have been replaced. They are spending a fortune to make this place as nice as it used to be. I just wanted to say thanks to the new management team!
