I have lived here for over 2 years and I am very happy here. The location is great, right near Southridge Mall, and pretty much anything else you would need. The staff here is great, maintenance is quick and done to satisfaction.

2 Years? you must not have a car (otherwise it would have be messed up by now) and you must not have had a lot of interaction with them. What have you asked staff for? We asked for salt and our neighbor fell and fractured her hip AFTER we asked for more salt on the steps to which they ignored. We also asked for heat and advanced warning of more than a week for these "home searches" they do (they being most of our building). They also did not address pets on the terraces defecating, the storage on terraces, the unfinished landscaping, the potholes, the plywood storage lockers with chicken wire that get broken into, the drug dealers who broke into the roof access. All of which they said no to dealing with or they turn it over to MPD who subsequently are too busy to deal with their private property needs. Maybe its just my building? Highly doubt that....
