for $1800/month i find it disappointing that higher cost maintenance items are not addressed... the head honcho is rude but the rest of the office staff is nice. since he's the boss, he set the tone for the rest to selectively decide when or if to respond to a need.

I cannot disagree with you more about the office staff. I do feel they are very professional and prompt on handling any maintenance. As a matter of fact, they remodeled my kitchen/bath and I believe everyone else's. So as far as high cost items they do spend the money. Kudos to Yankee Hill, the location AND the office staff!

It was a number of years ago that I last lived there, but I found it to be an excellent place in all respects. I'm currently looking for a place and went to look at YH again. The same person (Craig) who I thought of as the 'head honcho' of the office staff back then was still there, remembered me, and was quite friendly. It's quite possible I'll be living there again; this time on a higher floor!
