I have been here for three years to long and will be moving out now. The rent has gone up over $100 in three years. For what' To pay for that building they call a clubhouse and fitness center. The apartments are outdated, mine was built in 1975. They are not efficient at all, some months the electric bills can hit over $250. The maintenance here is terrible. You have to make several calls before anyone comes and then you have no clue if they ever came either. No note or phone call to let you know they even stopped in. I love how they raise the rent and blame the economy. After looking online at the waukesha tax reports. Each building's taxes went down over $1000 per building in 2007. That is over $39,000 they saved plus increasing the rent. They also nickel and dime you when you want ammentities. You have to pay extra for washer and dryer, garage and if you want a park view its over $150 more per month. They dont care about good tenants because if they did they would keep them. Instead they wont reply back to any emails and would rather have the apartment vacant and lose out 2 months of rent when I move out. This place needs real management!
