Love the location! Great park to walk to. But.. thats about it. The hallway light has been out for well over 4 months!! LOTS of potholes and patches of mud in the grass. Whole parking lots were lined with inches of ice during the winter months. Very unsafe. Bushes overgrown, even blocking

Spacious, Quiet, Comfortable Unfortunatly, because of my job, I need to move. However Parquelynn Village is a wonderful place to live.

Great Area I've lived at Parquelynn for quite awhile now, and I love it. Its really quiet and peaceful. There's trails for the park right by my apartment that also has cross country skiing in the winter. I would recommmend it to anyone who doesn't like city living.

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!!!! MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR THREE YEARS AND HAVE HAD LITTLE TO NO PROBLEMS, JUST RUTIEN MAINTANANCE. WE CAN WALK OUR DOG AT THE NASHOTAH PARK RIDGHT BEHIND OUR APARTMENT AND THE HAVE A POOL FITNESS ROOM AND A CLUB HOUSE FOR RENT. RENT IS CHEAP AND UTILITIES JUST
