Love the location! Great park to walk to. But.. thats about it. The hallway light has been out for well over 4 months!! LOTS of potholes and patches of mud in the grass. Whole parking lots were lined with inches of ice during the winter months. Very unsafe. Bushes overgrown, even blocking

Spacious, Quiet, Comfortable Unfortunatly, because of my job, I need to move. However Parquelynn Village is a wonderful place to live.

Great Area I've lived at Parquelynn for quite awhile now, and I love it. Its really quiet and peaceful. There's trails for the park right by my apartment that also has cross country skiing in the winter. I would recommmend it to anyone who doesn't like city living.

Good and Bad The locations is unbeatable and wonderful. its generally a quiet calm and wonderful place to live! Its great if you have dogs or children because there is tons and tons of room to roam outside, and there are walking trails behind the buildings, and a dog park within walking

Tell your friends I have live at Parquelynn Village for 1.5 years now and I love it. I just couldn't stand living in the city any more. I'll pay for the gas to commute. My neighbors are very friendly out here. I am within a short distance to Nashotah Park were I can walk my dog on a leash

Crooks! From day one with this place it was a hassle!!Our deposit was over 1800.(because of a bankruptcy after a neck injury),and they kept every single penny of it.They even had the audacity to send us a bill for 5.77 more after they sucked up our deposit with bogus charges including charges
