I've been living here for a few months. While there are fancier places to rent, I've been very happy so far. Maintenance has been pretty responsive when I've called, and I have had no major problems. My only complaints are that the garages are VERY narrow (you have to be careful parking) and that they don't hire a commercial exterminator to spray the grounds for spiders. Overall though, I like the place. The central air (which is rare in this area) will come in handy this summer, I'm sure.
