These apartments are the best I have rented so far. They are very spacious and let in a lot of light if you live on the second floor! They are great for people who are just starting their careers and would like a step up from college living, but can't quite yet afford something extremely nice. These apartments are very quiet probably because they are newer. The only downside is you have to pay ALL utilities which is pricey with the central air/heat and in unit washer and dryer. Also you only get one garage per unit and they are tiny.
