This place was a hole. Maintenance was a joke and the property managers talk a good story but then don't follow up with anything. Talked with several other tenants about spider and other bug problems, this place is crawling with them. Shabby construction, parking is a problem, barking dogs. Could not WAIT to get out. Tenants are moving out left and right leaving them with several vacancies. Any time a place offers $300 credit on your rent for referring somebody .... tells you they have problems getting people. I wonder why!
Look elsewhere for a place to live or I guarantee you'll wish you had.
