Well just because you didnt know a filter existed doesnt mean you dont need to pay for it. Ignorance is no excuse. From your typing skills I assess that you are someone with a junior high education. Your idea of mint condition probably means that you removed all your belongings. Guess what though? You need to clean the stove, refrigerator, toilet, shower, etc. etc. etc. etc. It's people like you who are pigs and leave a mess behind who bother me. Of course you will be charged for leaving a mess. You are a slob! Good riddance to you also.

After reading these ratings, and then reading the responses...it sounds as though someone who works for Dublin Trails is responding - very negatively to the people who have rented from Dublin Trails and their associated feelings. Obviously there is room for much improvement, because I have yet to read a positive remark.
