MANAGEMENT STINKS. NEVER ONCE WILL THEY GET ANYTHING RESOLVED. THE NOISE LEVEL SUCKS. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYONE AROUND YOU. NOWHERE FOR KIDS TO PLAY. YOU CAN'T EVEN USE SIDEWALK CHALK. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE THAT YOU PAY.

Guess what? If you dont like the rules or arent capable of following the rules, go move your sorry self somewhere else. I own several apartment complexes, and its people like you that make managements job nearly impossible. You expect everything, but arent smart enough to figure out that you live in an APARTMENT that you do not own, and you must follow the rules that are established. The noise level sucks, huh? What the hell do you expect. It's an APARTMENT complex! If you want peace and serenity buy 80 acres of land and build your own damn house! There's no place for kids to play, huh? Too damn bad. You knew that when you moved in. Are you not smart enough to take a tour of the premises? Apartment complexes cannot put in playground equipment for losers like you because of the insurance that would be needed. As soon as one of you little spoiled, unsupervised rug rats got hurt you'd be looking for a lawsuit. Last but not least, invest in condoms, the pill, or any other sort of birth control so you dont bring in any other illegitimate children to this world. Grab some kleenexes and wipe your tears!
