For the first couple of months I thought that the management was on top of things. However, we spoke to a manager in Brookfield about a payment and the information never got the management in Neenah almost causing a lot of problems. Also, they do a bad job of plowing, and NEVER salt the driveways or sidewalks. They call me to move my car so they can plow and then they don't come!

The property manager, Sue Connor is VERY unprofessional, unwilling to work with you, and just plain unpleasant. She hung up on a friend of mine who also lives here when asked a question about carpet cleaning. She told my friend she needed to get the carpets professionally cleaned only ONE week before her move out date. There is a law in Wisconsin saying that the management is responsible for carpet cleaning, and when she told them she was not under any circumstances going to pay for cleaning, they acted as if they already knew about the law and were staying mum.

Overall, this place is "cheap." My carpets are falling apart and I had human waste come up through my closet floor when my toilet was clogged. They obviously gave the job to the lowest bidder as far as appliances and overall building is concerned. In the "fitness center" they have very old equipment and there's a sign on the treadmill saying "no running, it wears out the equipment." If that doesn't say CHEAP I don't know what does. I've never had a problem with getting the maintenance guy here right away...maybe that's because I had BAD problems with the apartment that needed immediate attention. The maintinance guy is very friendly and willing to help. No complaints there.

I am stuck here for now, since this is one of few places that allow large dogs in the area, but I would definately NOT pay the high price for rent if I didn't have pets. Be aware, the management seems very friendly up front...but once they get you...you're stuck with them.

This is great! Sooooo incredibly true. Except that I have in fact had slow response time to maintenance requests on top of all that.
