I lived in the 1704 building (studio lofts) for 6 months, and didn't have any of the problems mentioned by the other reviewers. The apartments were clean and well designed, HUGE, and very quiet. I almost never heard my neighbors. Also, I didn't get charged anything at move out, all I did was clean my apartment and they said it was fine on the walkthru. Got my entire security deposit back.

I left to move into my fiance's house, but now we're selling that and will probably need someplace to stay for a few months until our new house is finished (new construction). We are definitely considering moving back into Dublin Trail, my experience was great.
