We currently live in the dublin trail apartments.I have been disppointed by the snow removal. Usually, the walks aren't cleared at all, they are not salted and I can't even get my rolling suitcase along them when I arrive from out of town. The parking lot is also not plowed well. There are huge piles of ice and show all over so that if you park in one of the spaces, your car is often slanted sideways, or you need to trudge through snow when you get out of your car. In addition, our security door was frozen open for weeks and never fixed. Another problem is the rocks. There are large rocks all over the parking lot to keep people on the blacktop and not on their lawn. The problem is the placement of the rocks. My husband and I both scraped our cars against the rocks while backing out because you can't see them! Once, when it first started to snow, the rocks were covered and I witnessed a visitor run over a rock that she couldn't see and do extensive dammage to her car. The enitre front axle was bent and her front wheel was dammaged. This person was visiting a friend who lived there! I hope she complained or took them to court. Our damage was minimal and the cars were old, so we never said anything, but I'm sure there is a "not responsible for damage to vehicles" clause somewhere in the lease, they seem to cover everything. Also, someone on our floor has regularly been smoking pot in their apartment. I smell it constantly. This is supposed to be a smoke free building, so I complained to managemnet and she said there was nothing they could do about it. What''' I was very surprised. Wow... I lived there and I guess I was lucky not to have as bad an experience (subjectively) as so many other people seem to have had. Yes, I almost scraped into those rocks, but I thankfully didn't. Come to think of it, whats worse -- spoiling their lawn or damaging your car? Those rocks are not a good idea. The pot smoking would have annoyed me, luckily I must not have lived near that apartment.

The snow removal is ridiculous. I've fallen numerous times so far this winter. Also, I'm fairly certain that I live in your building because I smell the pot all the time.

i feel sorry for anyone moving into this place the staff is non proffional as far as maintence goes i pretty much did what had to be done in my place otherwise i would have been waiting when i moved in the toilet bowl was loose to the floor the gasket leaked so i had told the office about it they told me it would be a few days so i called back ANN answered i told her the problem she had told me it would be a couple of days i finally wen to the hardware store and picked up the parts an fixed it myself that is just 1 innocendent that i knew i would be doing all my own stuff slow plowing the truck was in the shop more then it was working cause of the way he plows when you see the truck jump in the air after he hits the snow banks it's a no wonder the frame in still straightand you are right their is no salt applied to driveway or sidewalks i did my own cleaning cause i knew if i waited for them to come around it would be an useless mess sue,ann, and the rest of the office crew could use some classes on customer relations if i went into work nd greeted everyone the way they do i would be out of a job. i hope this helps just one perspective customers caause then i did my job
