They have one maintenance guy for the entire complex, they then try to recruit tenenants to help out for a discount on rent. The office ladies are terribly rude and not every helpful. To be honest, I am surprised that they can even be turning a profit here with all the bad reviews. Beware of security deposit, they only make you put down 199.00 BUT then 99% of the time send you a bill at move out.
Snow removal is absent, they will plow your cars in, and leave large amounts of snow everywhere....I dont think they put down any salt.
My apartment also flooded when we called the office to get help they said the maintenance guy was busy plowing snow and would come over when he had time.....2 hours later someone showed up. I had to run industrail size fans and dehumidafiers all at my expense for several days....my electric bill was $140.00!!!!
All in all a bad place to live....look else you have been forewarned.
