Loud Noise

It is very surprising to me to hear that the apt is on the loud side. Tenants that view the apartments prior to move in are told about the train that does pass by and at that time it dosnt seem to matter. The apartments are beautiful and well taken care of. Once this particular resident moved out they felt complelled to mention this train issue when there isn't one. This apt complex is 99% full all year round with a waiting list . That should tell you something !!
