I can't say I've had the same experience as the other six reviews as of today. Yes, the train comes through, yes, it can be loud, but I can't say I honestly heard it after the first week. The management was friendly and took care of issues that I had, the only reason I'm moving is because of a job change. No assigned parking is nice (unless friends are at others apartments, then parking can be tough), things got done the day after if you called about problems, and generally the neighbors are quiet and friendly. I'd recommend it here.

i live here at irish spring apartments..have been here since dec of 06...and i adore the managers..they are nice..polite..and do a great job of keeping up with these apartments...if an issue arises they are right there to take care of it..the only thing we have trouble with is the owners who insist on 50.00 extra if your 1 day late with rent..i called and explained this issue with thema nd it didnt matter if my disability check was late or not..they wnat the money...and also raising rent another 10.00 due to their bills being higher...we are paying 615.00 now as far as im concerned..if they got a new lawn service company that would mow the lawns properly..they wouldnt have to come back as often..also watering the lawns when we had abundance in rain the day before??that would save on their watering bills..i dont think its right to raise everyones rent another 10.00...i think 615.00 is a bit high but..at least the apartments are very well kept up..and the noise..wow..isnt from the trian..which i enjoy..its the people comming in and out all hours of the night and early mornings..the yelling ..talking an screwing around in the parking lots at 2 am etc...we live on thetop and on the end apartment and ill tell you..adults goingout after 10 pm..playing basketball is ridiculous..and the teenagers and their partying is as bad...also the way some of these younger people pullin an out of the parking lots is awful at times... i relaize the management does the best they can with the situations..but im not afraid to go tell them to knock off the noise...the ones doing the noise.... so if the owners were more concerned i feel about keeping their tenants and the tenants keeping all paid on time ..this place is wonderful..but like me..if you get disability and your checks come a dayor two after the first..then be prepared to pay an extra 50.oo a month...thats ridiculous...
