I agree with the previous review...the apartment units themselves are nice, however, the train runs right behind the building. This plus lack of proper dryer venting, and door seals in the units creates a dust that is super aggressive and I'm sure unhealthy. We lived there for 9 years, and have not signed a lease since 2006. Once that lease was up, we were supposedly 'month to month' however, they now require a 60 day notice to vacate - figure that out. In the time we have lived there, we have seen many onsites come and go. The last onsites, Pat & Gary were the best. Dani Hoffman, the regional IS rude and unprofessional, but the new onsite is ten times worse. My husband was shoveling in the winter because they couldn't seem to get it done until late in the afternoon. The parking leaves much to be desired. In most units, you are required to park behind your building. In the past, we could park on the road in front to unload/load things, as long as you moved when you were finished. I had my car parked in front for 2 minutes to load some boxes for a rummage sale and the onsite slapped a tow sticker on my car. When I tried to discuss this, she just screamed 'parking is in the rear'. We were perfectly happy to stay there until we purchased our own home, but since the new onsite has come on board, that place has gone downhill. After paying $60,000 in rent, you would think we could maybe get a little more respect than to be screamed at. I would NOT recommend anybody I liked to rent from any Premier property, as the corporate office is no more help. Just this weekend, at least 3 tenants were moving out, and I know of 2 more that will be leaving this weekend. Nobody who I have talked to has gotten any sort of security deposit back for one reason or another.
