I have lived here for over two years. The management is extremely pro-active in creating a great living environment for all tenants. The management takes steps to eliminate problems that arise. If I ever have a maintenance issue it is corrected efficiently and quickly. The staff is friendly and attentive to the grounds. There is also a nice park practically in our backyard. No matter where you choose to live there will always be a few bad apples , however the management at Southview Park Apartments take steps to create a nice place to call home.
