Bad Idea - I had to go through the state to get the heat turned on this last fall. They tried to pull the set date of Sep 15th, problem is it was only 60 in my apartment at the end of August. Now that I have moved they kept $200 of my security deposit for final water bill, problem is I went online and found my last water bill is only $67. Now I am having the state get me my money back. happy we have been here for 7 yrs. i have never seen fighting in the parking lot. they have gotting the bad familys out of here. we do not have any fighting in or buildings. only trouble we have had here is with some kids. but they are gone now. when we asked to have something fixed they do it.
