Over priced - but nice workout room

*With the exception of the property manager - everyone is lazy and shifty
1). No one is ever in the office
2).The maintenance guy is a jerk and makes a mess
3). Takes months to get anything fixed
4). Drugs, robberies, break-ins,
5). The kids run amuck - breaking everything
6). management never follows through on anything!
7). Over charge for cable package
8). Things are old and dirty / need remodeling (carpet, paint, florring, lighting)
9). The sales people will lie to get you in the aprtment at a higher rate!
10). They advertise for about $100 less than you will be paying!
