I have lived in this apartment complex for about a year and a half. I pay about $700 for a one bedroom and in my opinion is very overpriced. I, too, have had my car broken into, it's taken a very long time for mgmt to respond to my maintenance requests, the walls are very thin, the structure (walls, carpetting and appliances) is old, and did I mention that maintenance is not very responsive. I believe it's highly overpriced even though they have what they call a work-out room, a pool (where kids run cursing at their drunk parents), and free cable and internet. I don't mind paying $700, but this place is not worth it.
