I have been a tenant for over three years at this complex and in this time i have seen 3 managers. The last one is not even close to compitant. The maintenence staff isnt the problem here like it was stated, its the fact that they cant understand the manager or he promises things with no intent to ever complete them. I have never been able to figure out what country the manager is from because it is impossible to understand him. I read the prior statement from the person on the tour and just imagine trying to get somethign fixed if you need it. The complex is nice and most of the staff tries to cover for him but you can only do so much and teh owners just dont care.
